My name is Olivia Paul — a fourth-generation Gig Harbor local with deep roots and a passion for this community. Growing up surrounded by tradition, family history, and the natural beauty of the Harbor has shaped not only who I am, but how I approach my career—pairing a lifelong connection to this town with the analytical tools of economics to bring deeper insight and value to my work in real estate.

I’m currently pursuing my real estate license while studying economics and real estate, and I’m honored to be interning with Gig Harbor’s #1 agent, Paige Schulte. My Story
Born and raised in Gig Harbor as the youngest of four siblings, I grew up surrounded by hardworking, humble, and successful individuals who inspired my drive from an early age. As a former multi-sport athlete—playing basketball, softball, and soccer—I pushed myself to excel, setting records and stepping into leadership roles on my varsity teams. Growing up with three older siblings gave me a unique perspective and motivation to discover who I wanted to be, learning from their journeys and challenges. Through leadership, success, and a grounded sense of humility, I carry these values forward in my real estate career, driven by passion and a deep connection to my community.
